As a current student, the degree he is pursuing is an accelerated 10-month program. “Miami Herbert gave me the opportunity to showcase my skills and develop as a leader, scholar and professional,” he says. “To be a great leader, it is critical to understand the needs and thinking process of those around you in order to work together toward well-established goals that will yield success for all.” Jean Pierre VilcherrezĬurrently finishing up his Master of Science Finance at Miami Herbert after earning his BBA in Marketing with minors in Finance & Public Administration (’22), Jean Pierre Vilcherrez is the first person in his family to go to college and achieve a degree in higher education. “Off-stage, I love doing anything adventurous - skydiving in Las Vegas by myself on a whim, scuba diving for the first time in a literal “Sharknado” at the Galápagos Islands, and cage-free shark-diving in Jupiter…with a chum bath!” When it comes to success, the current MBA candidate at Miami Herbert says the key is to believe in yourself and make your efforts matter. “In addition to philanthropy, my greatest passion is singing and performing,” she says. “We always try to help each other in every way possible.” Milena RobisonĪs an internationally acclaimed recording artist, Milena Robison is on a mission to make the world a better place - from her efforts promoting oral cancer awareness to leading the worship team of her church and developing a patent-pending invention that will revolutionize public safety. “I still keep in touch with many of them,” he says. “We’re currently expanding our suite of products to connect people with their favorite experiences.” He credits his network of professors and fellow students at Miami Herbert with much of his success. “We have over 75 global live events slated this year, including Rolling Loud, Ultra Music Festival, South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Governors Ball and many more,” he says. After studying Economics & Entrepreneurship at Miami Herbert, Zach Picon co-founded Crewfare, a travel technology company that empowers large-scale events to monetize attendee travel and manage internal staff travel, while also bringing people together for their favorite live events by offering a seamless travel booking experience as part of the event-goer journey.
